Expertise and Process
Here at Snashall Steel, we run projects from their concept until their completion.
We employ an estimating and sales team, who work together in providing accurate sales information to our clients.
This is communicated and presented in a way that our clients find informative and easy to understand.
The whole team here at Snashall Steel prides itself on having a proactive and professional approach to communication throughout the project.

We offer a wide range of steel frame solutions to suit every need.
We offer full design and build packages, along with more traditional steel frame-only options.
Commerical
We have a dedicated commercial team here at Snashall Steel Fabrications to help with any future and current projects. Our sales and estimating team will liaise with our clients from project award to project completion.
Design
After successful completion of being awarded a contract, it gets passed on to our detailing and design team.
Our Technical Office employs a team of draughting personnel who carry out all structural steel detailing utilising the latest in 3D CAD software from Tekla.
This gives the versatility in the selection of detailing packages to suit the most complex of structures.
Connection design is incorporated within the design and drawing process and utilises the latest in design software or traditional design methods depending on connection complexity.
The technical office prides itself on having a proactive and professional approach to communication through the projects from concept to completion, both with clients’ design teams and within the Snashall project team.
Project Management
We offer full project management here at Snashall Steel Fabrications. We have the right processes, skills, applications and methods to lead a full project from conception to completion.
We can offer decking, edge protection, stud welding, intumescent painting and concrete install as part of our packages.
Manufacture
We employ a full team of qualified fabricators and welders who go on to produce the steel frame following the completion of our design work.
Our workshop is capable of producing up to 150T of steelwork per week in-house, and we have our fully extracted paint workshop on site.
We also employ our own in-house responsible welding coordinators (RWCs) to oversee all of our in-house welding and fabrication processes, ensuring compliance, processes and quality standards are met.
We have a Ficep CNC saw fitted with a multi head drilling line, capable of processing lengths of up to 22m.
We also have a FICEP flats and angle punch/shear line, capable of processing flats and angles in house.
To service our CNC machines, we have a GIETART shotblast machine with infeed and outfeed handling tables directly coupled to both FICEP CNC machines.This ensures fast and efficient movement of the steel through the processing area.
We also have 5 x DEMAG 5 tonne overhead cranes servicing our manufacturing area as well as a further 2 x 5 tonne DEMAG cranes servicing our goods inward stock yard.
Our protective coatings are carried out within our manufacturing facility. We utilise a heated air filtration/extraction system and Graco XM plural component paint mixing system.
Installation
Timely coordination of deliveries is undertaken following a traceable erection plan sequence which ensures a smooth transition to site and ease of erection.
Once delivered, we manage the construction process through our directly employed site team.
Health and safety is at the top of our agenda when it comes to installing on site. All of our team have the necessary training and hold the correct documentation to ensure a safe site working environment.
