We carry a range of stock sizes covering a variety of popular sections. Our stockyard has 2 x 5 tonne overhead cranes to service its stock and unloading facility.
We have a FICEP 1203 DJB CNC Saw fitted with a multi head drilling line capable of processing sections up to 1200mm wide x 600mm high in lengths of up to 22 meters complete with hard stamping marking unit for full trackability.

We also have a FICEP TIPO D8 CNC flats and angle punch/shear line capable of processing flats 500mm x 25mm & angles 200x200x20mm complete with hard stamping marking unit for full trackability.

To service the above CNC machines we have a GIETART GW1500-410 shotblast machine with infeed and outfeed handling tables directly coupled to both FICEP CNC machines to ensure fast and efficient movement of the steel through the processing area.

The blast quality is maintained and checked by an independent company. There are also 5 DEMAG 5 tonne overhead cranes to service the manufacturing area.
All fabrication is carried out in accordance with the BCSA NSSS latest edition. All of our welders are qualified to BS EN 287, any weld testing is carried out by an independent testing company.
Our protective coatings are carried out within our manufacturing facility utilising a heated air filtration/extraction system. In 2014 we have invested in the latest Graco XM plural component paint mixing system, this ensures that we can improve our quality standards and traceability. We can offer both single pack and two pack systems. Galvanised coating is also available. Our paint process is checked both internally and by an independent external specialist.
